Staco Construction opens model home in Apex with grand opening event

APEX, N.C. HandCrafted Homes builder-partner Staco Construction plans to open their first model home in Apex, N.C. with a grand opening event on August 5, 2006.

This marks the first expansion to a new market for the Asheboro, N.C. business. Staco Construction has worked with HandCrafted Homes, a leading builder of modular homes, for the last three years, earning numerous awards among its builder-partner network.

“HandCrafted Homes and Staco Construction can provide a better and smarter way to build a home from the four elements,” said Randy Staley, owner of Staco Construction. “We build homes equal to if not better than the quality, look and stability of stick-built homes.”

The model home on display will be the newly released Windsor model, a two-story home with a master suite with walk-in closet and master bath. Staco has several custom features on this model, including a first floor master suite, utility rooms on both floors and a bonus room that can be a den or bedroom.

The grand opening event will feature food, drinks and door prizes for those who visit the model home, located at 12820 Highway 64 East in Apex. The event will start at 9 a.m., and will be open after that every Monday through Saturday.

Staco Construction is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in construction, building modular homes in master-planned subdivisions and private lots.
