RALEIGH, NC -- Anoroc was recently recognized in the 2005 Aster Awards as being among the best in the nation’s health care marketing organizations. Anoroc was awarded a Gold Aster for a television ad, “Annie” created for Community Home Care & Hospice. The Aster Awards is the nations fastest growing healthcare marketing awards organization dedicated to excellence in medical advertising. Agencies across the nation compete to be recognized by the Asters.

All entries were judged on creativity, graphic design, typography, production, knowledge transfer and overall quality. The Asters also judge on marketing strategy and results. Aster Gold winners were required to score a 95 percent or higher in order to qualify for the top honor; Gold Winners represented only 5 percent of the competitors. As a Gold winner, Anoroc will be featured in the June edition of Healthcare Marketing Today, a national magazine.

“Our efforts for Community Home Care have increased their patient census over 63 percent in 12 months. That is an outstanding result when you realize the average for hospice growth in North Carolina is less than 20 percent a year. Our clients are thrilled with the value we bring to their organizations, to also be recognized by our peers is wonderful,” said Loercher.

It’s been a winning first quarter for the boutique Raleigh agency compiling more than 11 industry awards so far this year including five Addys, three Tellys and Gold Aster.

Anoroc is located in Raleigh on south Glenwood. Agency clients include Clay Aiken, Rosen Divorce, Marc Brown Studios, 212 Media, Vadum and Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. The agency’s broad scope of industry expertise includes entertainment, healthcare, law, high-tech, food, construction, defense, and retail. The agency has produced award-winning print ads, collateral, documentaries, music videos and pop music promotions.
