Expert's Corner: Anita Hermesch
President - CAREacter-based Success
Anita's background includes over 20 years of experience in the corporate world of which the majority of them have been with Fortune 500 companies primarily in the telecommunications industry. She is an experienced instructional designer, trainer, manager, facilitator, Human Resource liaison, and budget analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker University in Overland Park, Kansas, and is attending Coach University.
She has incorporated a multitude of lessons learned from decades of experience in the corporate environment into these courses for your benefit. She uses not only her experiences but also gleens the lessons learned from hundreds of events in history because "We can see further in the future by standing on the shoulders of giants - either good or not."
Anita is a member of several professional and civic organizations of which a few are:
- SHRM, Society of Human Resource Management
- ASTD, American Society of Training and Development
- ICF, International Coach Federation
- APPE, Association for Practical and Professional Ethics
She has held numerous leadership positions and served as an elected political position in addition to having done volunteer work throughout her life.
