You are invited to get a sneak peek at the AT&T Raleigh Winterfest Ice Rink, the highly anticipated natural, outdoor ice rink in City Plaza. After months of planning and incredible effort the AT&T Raleigh Winterfest Ice Rink is finally a reality! Get ready to strap on your skates and be one of the first to enjoy this amazing addition to the city! We wanted to give our sponsors and the media an exclusive opportunity to visit the rink before it is open to the general public

The sights and sounds of Downtown Raleigh will come alive during the AT&T Raleigh Winterfest eight-week celebration! Be sure to mark the date on your calendar for the FREE kickoff event on Friday, December 4 that will feature performances by local choirs and bands, talented figure skaters and headliner Michelle Branch, a visit by Santa Claus, a reading by Ira David Wood III (star of Theatre in the Park’s A Christmas Carol), delicious food and drinks, and the Mayor’s dazzling holiday tree lighting.
