RALEIGH, N.C. – U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently released a memo that will radically change the H-1B application process for many employers. The memo, which focuses on the definition of the employer-employee relationship, will likely impact consulting companies who wish to hire foreign professional workers under the H-1B program.
