Howard, Merrell & Partners Continues to Expand Account Management Department

Raleigh, NC – Strategic communications and branding firm, Howard, Merrell & Partners today announces the addition of Julia Anglin and Shannon Stone as account coordinators in the Account Management department. As account coordinators, Anglin and Stone track marketing sales and spending practices; facilitate production; and assist in the preparation of advertising and marketing materials, estimates and budgets.
“Over the years, we have added several new clients and continued to grow some of our key accounts. As a result, we have been able to hire very talented young professionals like Julia and Shannon,” says Jim Cobb, president and CEO of Howard, Merrell & Partners. “Julia has a base of experience in marketing, advertising and client relations. Prior to joining the Howard, Merrell & Partners team, Anglin held positions at Tucson Lifestyle magazine in Tucson, AZ. Anglin sold advertising space, assisted in developing marketing strategies and created advertising for effective branding. Later, Anglin became the Internet/communications coordinator at the magazine, and her responsibilities included designing websites, drafting media agreement proposals and creating marketing collateral and branding campaigns.
Anglin obtained bachelors of arts degrees in journalism and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stone earned a bachelor of science degree in business with a concentration in advertising from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.
