Sales Center Opens for Hue Condominiums

RALEIGH, NC — The Sales and Information Center for Hue, downtown Raleigh’s largest and most vibrant condominium project, is now open. The Sales Center, which is located one block from the Hue construction site, features a designed-to-scale Hue gourmet kitchen and full-sized, decorated bath. The sales center is located in downtown Raleigh at 303 West Martin Street at the corner of Martin and Dawson Streets next to Joe’s Place. The Hue Sales and Information Center is open daily, Monday through Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 1pm - 5:30pm.
Construction at the Hue project is well underway.

A mixed-use condominium project in the Warehouse district adjacent to Nash Square, Hue will feature 208 premium condominiums, a private pool courtyard inclusive of barbecue grills, a sundeck, a fitness facility, and a six-story parking deck with more than 300 spaces. The building includes 7,500 square feet of retail space at street level.
Hue is being developed by Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), in partnership with York Properties, a distinguished Raleigh real estate company, and CityView, a national investment firm whose mission is to provide the highest quality housing to America’s working families. The seven-story building, located at the northwest corner of Hargett and Dawson Streets across from the Municipal Building, will feature a contemporary design with a bold color palette.
York Simpson Underwood (YSU) New Homes Division, a division of York Simpson Underwood, is handling sales for the Hue project.
