RALEIGH, N.C. -- Award-winning Atreus Homes & Communities, formerly HomeLife Communities, has been selected to build Sunnybrook Townes, a townhome neighborhood in southeast Raleigh.

Sunnybrook Townes offer homeowners three bedrooms and two-and-one-half bath townhomes with sizes ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. These townhomes will feature spacious family rooms, generous kitchens with separate dining rooms, wonderful master suites and vaulted or trey ceilings in most bedrooms. Prices start in the $120s, and there are three exciting floor plans from which to choose.

Masterfully embedded within the Sunnybrook Estates community, Sunnybrook Townes’ construction will begin July 30th. Sales have already begun with the first home being available in early September.
