Clean Water Enterprises and QuarTek Announce Partnership Agreement.

Winston-Salem & Greensboro, NC - Clean Water Enterprises, LLC (CWE), through its parent company Piazza Investment Holdings, LLC (PIH), and QuarTek Corporation, a nanotechnology development company headquartered in Greensboro, NC, have entered into a partnership to develop a proprietary ion disinfecting delivery system to incorporate into CWE's water purification products. The improved product, scheduled to be introduced in early 2009, will be unique and more effective than any water purification product in the marketplace. The system will eliminate the threat from all water contaminants including solid particles, harmful chemicals, heavy metals, bacteria, and other organisms - delivering clean, pure drinking water. CWE will market the products through its distribution channels in North and South America.
