BBH Design Receives Business Champions Award

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Partner Douglas Hall has announced that BBH Design has won a 2009 Business Champions Award in the category Computers and Engineering. This award, presented by Wake Tech and Business Leader Magazine, recognizes organizations that invest in their workforce by providing employee training and career development programs. BBH Design has several programs in place including BBH Design University, IDP Advisory Board and Action Committee, the M+M Program for mentorship, and Technology Training.

BBH Design University was established to provide the staff with a comprehensive educational experience throughout the year. The IDP Advisory Board provides guidance and structure to architects in training either in the Intern Development Program or Architect Registration Exams. The M+M voluntary mentoring program pairs participants to encourage informal professional communication and to develop stronger interoffice relationships. Technology Training provides instruction to the staff on the latest software and tools to manage and produce projects.
