Wake Radiology Opens Wake Forest Location

RALEIGH – Wake Radiology announces the opening of its new Wake Forest office at the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness on Rogers Road. The office is the newest outpatient imaging site for the practice, which now has more than 15 locations throughout the Triangle.

“This facility brings radiology services to one of the county’s fastest growing communities,” explained Robert E. Schaaf, MD, managing partner, Wake Radiology. “It is the second time we have teamed with the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness, and once again we did so as we believe in the convenient, campus approach to medical services.”

The state-of-the-art radiology facility offers general radiology, screening mammography, bone densitometry, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), cardiac calcium scoring, and orthopaedics and sports imaging. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be on site one day a week.

The office, located at 3150 Rogers Road, Suite 115 in Wake Forest, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and sees patients by physician referral.
