Unifi to be Featured on CNBC’s Sustainability Series -People, Planet & Profit

GREENSBORO, N.C. – November 30, 2009– Unifi, Inc. (NYSE: UFI) announced today that the company’s Yadkinville, North Carolina plant, where REPREVE® recycled polyester is manufactured, will be featured on CNBC’s Sustainability Series - People, Planet & Profit. A CNBC film crew visited Unifi’s REPREVE manufacturing facility on November 24, and the television segment will air on CNBC at 8:25 am ET on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 and will also be available on their website at www.sustainability.cnbc.com.
