Howling Cow Ice Cream Now Available in Bragaw C-Store

RALEIGH, N.C. -- You’ve loved it by the scoop at the Emporium C-Store, the NC State Fair, and—most recently—the Creamery at D.H. Hill Library. Now, you can enjoy it by the pint.

Howling Cow(TM) Ice Cream, made at the Feldmeier Dairy Processing Lab on the NC State Campus, is now available in the freezer section of the Bragaw C-Store. Flavors include Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Vanilla, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chip Mint, and Campfire Delight. Each pint retails for $4.50.

Bragaw C-Store is a test site for the Howling Cow brand. “We will consider adding more flavors and more locations depending how well the initial offering is received at Bragaw,” said Carl Hollifield, business manager for the Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences.
