Richard A. Holder Joins the little bank Corporate Board

KINSTON, N.C. -- The little bank (OTCBB: LTLB) has announced that Richard A. Holder has been elected to serve on the company’s Corporate Board of Directors.
Holder is the President of Harvey Fertilizer & Gas Company headquartered in Kinston, NC where he is involved in the management of various crops including cotton, tobacco, corn, soybeans, and produce.
Holder is a Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an A.B. degree. Holder serves as a Director and former Chairman of the Golden L.E.A.F. Foundation, former Director of the Southeastern Cotton Ginners Association, Director of the North Carolina Cotton Producers Association, Director of the North Carolina Agricultural Finance Authority, as well as a Director and current Chairman of the Lenoir County Salvation Army.

The little bank was founded by a group of prominent Eastern North Carolina businessmen in November of 1998. The Bank's guiding principal is that old fashion personal service is as valuable today as it was 100 years ago. Today, the little bank has six branches in Kinston, LaGrange, Goldsboro, Jacksonville, Greenville, and New Bern.
