Larry R. Carr Joins Buric as Project Analyst

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Larry R. Carr has joined Buric as a project analyst.

Working within Buric’s Building Diagnostic Services, Carr will create demonstrative two- and three-dimensional graphics to ensure model accuracy compliance with engineering standards.

He also will conduct field activities and building investigations, compile and maintain field data, and compile and organize electronic reference libraries.

“Larry brings to Buric more than 14 years of professional construction experience, including an expertise in subcontractor management, quality control and code compliance,” said David R. Holsinger, P.E., senior project consultant. “That knowledge coupled with his proficiency in Building Information Modeling, graphic design and exhibit development will greatly benefit Buric and the clients we serve.”

Carr recently earned an associate’s of arts degree in architectural technology from Cape Fear Community College, where he led a team that won first place in the North Carolina State Sustainable Building Design Competition in March. That team earned a spot in the National Sustainable Building Design Competition taking place in Arizona later this year.
