CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Standard Pacific of the Carolinas is excited to announce that they have acquired a South Charlotte community formerly known as Glenmore Gardens.

Glenmore as it is now known, is located on McKee Road between Providence Road & Weddington Road near the intersection of McKee Rd. and Kuykendall Rd. Glenmore was originally developed for attached luxury townhomes from the upper $400’s to $500’s averaging 2,800 sq. ft. There are two existing townhome models and four inventory townhomes currently built by the previous developer that are for sale.
