Raleigh Arts Commission Chooses Change By Leake Change By Leake To Facilitate Raleigh Arts Commission Strategic Planning Conference Raleigh – Linda Leake, President of Change by Leake, has announced that the firm has been selected to facilitate the upcoming Board Retreat for the City of Raleigh Arts Commission (CORAC) on November 14 – 16, 2003. In preparing for the retreat, Leake has conducted 6 public community meetings throughout Wake County in an effort to obtain input from the public.
