Enlign Business Brokers Represents RTP Printing during Acquisition by Double Data

Enlign Business Brokers is pleased to announce that Double Data, Inc. of Raleigh, NC has acquired substantially all of the assets of RTP Printing also of Raleigh, NC for an undisclosed sum. The transaction, which was brokered by Enlign Business Brokers closed January 12th, 2005.

Double Data, which provides CD and DVD duplication services will leverage RTP Printings paper products capabilities to provide a one stop shop for it's digital duplication clients. Double Data will now offer media duplication services, cd/dvd jackets, mailers and marketing information as well. Kevin Austin, RTP Printings new owner, will also promote the companies "Super Folders" product to new and existing clients. Super Folders are a two sided full color folder that is used to present marketing information, proposals, and product information that fits inside a standard file drawer. The result is that the package - the Super Folder is kept by the prospect along with the marketing information printed on it. Cross promotion of Double Data services to RTP Printing clients is also planned.

Diogenes Ruiz, RTP Printing's founder will assist with the transition to insure success and smooth operation of the new Double Data / RTP Printing organization. He will then focus on Ruiz Agency, which serves as a social marketing firm and creative think tank. The new Double Data / RTP Printing will serve the client's printing and CD duplication needs.
