Town Hall Grill Announces New Ownership

Chapel Hill, NC – Effective January 1st, 2008, Ozzie Godoy has become the new owner and operator of Town Hall Grill, an eclectic bar and grill located in Southern Village in Chapel Hill. Ozzie joined together with his wife Alisa and other members of their families including Sheila and Joel Levy, and Eugene and Carmen Godoy, creating SBQM, LLC, the holding company that has purchased the restaurant. With over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, Ozzie will join Chris Burgess, the original chef at Town Hall Grill, to continue the tradition of providing great service and serving an eclectic menu infused with Southwestern flavors.
“My vision is to make Town Hall Grill the center point of the town,” said Ozzie. “I want to create not just a restaurant where guests snack on wings and watch television, but a destination where family and friends can get together and enjoy great food and drinks in an exciting atmosphere.
